Cards, wallets, Klarna, SEPA, TWINT and more, all at the same rate and all in one place. We build the product, the dashboard and the support around it. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, a licensed payment services provider.
No setup fee. No monthly fee on the entry plan. Early access merchants receive their final conditions in writing before they commit.
Why helvapay
01 · One rate
One rate per successful payment, for every method. Klarna costs what Visa costs, a card from abroad costs what a local card costs. One number to plan with, one bill to read.
02 · One dashboard
Payments, payouts, disputes and documents in a single view. Sell through a payment link, a QR code, your shop plugin or the API. A website is optional, getting paid is the point.
03 · One contact
Write to us and you reach someone who knows your account, in English or German. For payment and account questions the processing team is reachable straight from your dashboard.
How it works
Tell us what you sell and where your company is registered. We confirm availability and your conditions in writing.

Payment link, QR code, plugin or API. Payouts go to your existing bank account.
Clear roles
Payments involve licensed institutions. We think you should see exactly how the setup works before you sign up, not after.

Three things: one rate that covers every payment method, a dashboard built for people who do not work in payments, and one place to ask questions. If you want maximum configuration depth and are willing to manage a per-method fee structure yourself, a direct account may serve you better. We prefer telling you that now.

Payouts go from processing to your own bank account on a regular schedule. The exact interval and the first payout timing depend on your account and country, so both are confirmed with your invitation.
We onboard merchants in the countries our processing partner supports, which covers most of Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and further markets. Tell us where your company is registered and we confirm availability with your invitation.
Card data goes straight to the processor and never reaches our systems. Processing runs on infrastructure certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, the highest certification level in the card industry, with 3-D Secure and fraud monitoring included.
We are onboarding the first merchants in stages while the product is being finished. You join a waitlist, we contact you with your conditions and a realistic start date, and nothing is binding until you say yes. Early merchants get our full attention and fixed conditions at launch.
