helvapay is a software product and brand of RELMOS AG. We provide the merchant interface, the onboarding flow, the dashboard and customer support around payment acceptance.
helvapay is not a bank, not a payment institution and not a licensed payment services provider. We are a technical service provider. We do not hold, receive or transfer merchant or customer funds at any point.
Payment processing, identity verification of merchants, payouts and dispute handling are provided by Stripe, a licensed payment services provider. Merchants accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement during signup. That agreement is concluded directly between the merchant and the responsible Stripe entity. The agreement with RELMOS AG covers the software, the pricing published on this website and our support.
The exact contracting Stripe entity is confirmed with the partner agreement and named here before launch.
helvapay is in early access. Prices and product descriptions on this website state what we plan to offer at launch. Binding conditions are provided in writing to each merchant before any commitment.
We prepare the content of this website with care. Where we describe conditions that depend on our processing partner, those descriptions are marked as planned until they are contractually confirmed.
