The website is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no tracking pixels and embeds no third party analytics. Fonts are served from our own hosting, so no font service receives your IP address.
Our hosting provider processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it against attacks.

If you email us about early access, we process what you send us, typically your name, company, country and what you sell, in order to answer you and to prepare a possible business relationship. We keep that correspondence as long as it is needed for the request and for our legal record keeping obligations.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. When you sign up as a merchant, Stripe receives and processes the personal data required for identity verification, compliance and payment processing, and acts as its own controller for that processing. Stripe explains this in its privacy policy atstripe.com/privacy. Card details of your customers are transmitted directly to Stripe and never reach our systems.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to hello@helvapay.com. For data that Stripe processes as controller, the contact routes and rights in the Stripe privacy policy apply.
helvapay is in early access and the product is being finished. When processing changes, this page is updated before the change takes effect.
Before launch this page is reviewed against the final product scope, the confirmed hosting setup and the applicable data protection law by a qualified adviser.
