The full setup
The full setup, before you commit: what happens step by step, which company appears where, and what we cannot do yet.
Step 1
An email with what you sell, where your company is registered and how you want to get paid. We reply within one business day with your conditions, availability for your country and a realistic start date. Nothing is binding at this point.
Step 2
You open an account in our product and go through an identity and business check. The check is run by Stripe, our processing partner, and their terms and privacy policy appear in that step. Most accounts are reviewed within a few business days.
Step 3
Share a payment link, print a QR code, install a shop plugin or use the API. Your customer pays with their preferred method, and the money is paid out to your existing bank account on a regular schedule.
No surprises
You should know which company appears where and who you have a contract with. Here it is, in advance.
During signup
The verification step carries links to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe privacy policy. You accept that agreement to be able to accept payments. Your agreement with us is separate and covers the software, pricing and support.
In daily use
Some actions in the dashboard confirm your identity through a Stripe window. It looks like what it is: the processor verifying that it is really you before money moves.
In your inbox
If the processor needs a document or has a risk question, that message can come directly from them. We stay your first point of contact and help you sort it out.
Clear roles
Payments involve licensed institutions. We think you should see exactly how the setup works before you sign up, not after.

Merchants accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement during signup. That contract is between the merchant and Stripe. Your agreement with us covers the software, the pricing you see here and our support.
Security
Card data
Card details go straight from your customer to the processor. Our software receives a reference to the payment, never the card number.
Certification
Processing runs on infrastructure certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, the highest certification level in the card industry. That certification belongs to the processor and we name it as theirs.
Fraud
Strong customer authentication where it applies, plus automated fraud monitoring on every transaction, included at no extra cost.
Honest limits
Early access means the product is still being finished. These are the current gaps, and they are the reason early merchants get our full attention.
Availability
We confirm availability for your country individually. Ask and you get a straight answer the same day.
Integrations
The most requested shop systems come first. Tell us which one you run and we will tell you where it sits in the order.
Support hours
We answer within one business day. Payment and account questions reach the processor directly at any time.
Early access
That is exactly the kind of merchant we want. Tell us what you sell and where your company is registered.
